duPont Fund
We partnered with the Innovation Network (IN) for implementation of the Fluxx grantmaking platform. Throughout this process IN kept the project on track, addressed any concerns quickly and professionally, and delivered a product that is helping launch our foundation in new exciting directions. We were particularly impressed with our project manager, Jamie Neel. She went above and beyond to make sure our implementation exceeded expectations. Plus she has a great sense of humor, which helps make the mind numbing parts of implementing a new software solution much more bearable. We had such a great experience during implementation that we decided to continue our relationship with IN. After implementation, we contracted with IN to assist us with product enhancements over the first year while we become more comfortable using Fluxx. Additionally, we contracted with IN to add a secondary database solution that will allow our organization to integrate with an external reporting platform. Both of these projects have continued the excellent service and support we have come to expect from the IN. ClimateWorks
We have been working with The Innovation Network for over a year on two large and completely different yet interconnected projects. The first project was to create a program that pulled data from 5 different Fluxx databases, map the data to our business strategies, and be able to access them any time through a simple online interface. The second project has been the implementation of Fluxx as our in-house grants management platform. Both projects have been extremely successful. I don’t know how we could have done it without them!
